Before ordering a GenInterlock.com product, we encourage you to consult with your local township or municipality regarding specific electrical regulations or requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable safety codes.

GenInterlock.com is NOT responsible for misuse or improper installation of any Generator Interlock Kit. ALL electrical equipment should be installed and maintained by qualified, licensed personnel. Any consequences arising from improper use are the responsibility of the user/homeowner.

No. The interlock kit installs directly on your existing breaker panel - no separate panel is needed.

No. Once the interlock kit is installed, your power usage can remain the same. When running on generator power, all circuits in your breaker panel remain active - you are only limited by the size of your generator.

All GenInterlock.com house-brand products are manufactured in the USA and include a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects.

Orders are processed securely through our website. If you have trouble completing your order, contact us at sales@geninterlock.com or call 732-339-4191. Please do not include payment information in any email or voicemail.

All orders ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern are typically processed the same day (Monday-Friday). For full details on carriers and delivery times, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Standard shipping is free on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Orders of four or more interlock kits automatically ship via free 2nd-day FedEx. Expedited options are available at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at USPS.com, FedEx.com, or UPS.com depending on which carrier was used.

If you need to cancel or reduce the quantity on an order, please act promptly and email sales@geninterlock.com with your order number.

Please note the following limitations once an order has been submitted:

• We cannot change the ship-to address - please double-check your information before placing an order.
• We cannot change the payment method.
• We cannot add items or increase quantities. If you need to add to your order, please place a new order.

Please know that all items are packed securely and we suggest that you check with your letter carrier, local post office or USPS.com (or the overnight service) regarding the situation.

• The interlock kit you ordered doesn't appear to match your panel - email us with details and a photo and we'll get it sorted out.
• The interlock kit was installed but is not functioning correctly - please do not modify the kit in any way. Email us with details and a photo.
