Shipping
All orders have FREE standard shipping. No minimum required.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern are typically processed same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery days are Monday through Friday. Expedited options are available at checkout. All orders ship from Casa Grande, AZ.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on USPS.com, FedEx.com or UPS.com.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.
To Start a Return
- Email sales@geninterlock.com within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have your RMA, ship the item back within 14 days. Items received after that window are not eligible.
- Return the item in its original, unmodified condition with all original packaging and accessories.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Items must be uninstalled and in original packaging
- Modified, altered, or special-order items cannot be returned
- Returns are subject to a 10% handling fee plus our original outbound shipping cost
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be sent prepaid
- Expedited shipping charges (overnight, 2-day) are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to one week after we receive the item; bank posting times may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email sales@geninterlock.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We’ll make it right.
