Products & Intended Use
GenInterlock.com sells generator interlock kits and related electrical accessories. Our products are intended for use by or under the supervision of qualified, licensed electricians. Before ordering, we encourage you to consult your local township or municipality regarding applicable electrical codes and requirements.
GenInterlock.com is NOT responsible for misuse or improper installation of any product. All electrical equipment must be installed and maintained by qualified, licensed personnel. Any consequences arising from improper use are the responsibility of the user or homeowner.
Product Warranty
All GenInterlock.com products manufactured in the US carry a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, modification, or misuse.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact us at sales@geninterlock.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through our secure online store and can be paid by credit card. By submitting an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
We cannot change your shipping address, payment method, or add items to an existing order once it has been submitted. For changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible at sales@geninterlock.com.
